McDonough Bolyard Peck Inc. of Fairfax has been named one of the top 50 best small businesses to work for in the United States.

Ranked No. 20 by the Society for Human Resource Management and Great Place to Work Institute, the multidisciplined construction and consulting firm assists clients from initial budgeting of construction projects to successful project completion.

Established in 1989, McDonough Bolyard Peck has four offices around the country.
