Vehicle tampering arrests

On the morning of Saturday, April 27, police were called to the 5300 block of Dublin Avenue for a report of vehicle tampering.

At around 3:30 a.m., police found Naveed Mughal, of Arlington, in the backseat of a car. Mughal, 18, was later arrested. A car that sped away from the scene was later tracked down by police and two suspects allegedly connected with Mughal were arrested. Mohammad Sajid, 23, Ourangzeb Khan, 22, both of Arlington, and Mughal, were charged with possession of stolen property, possession of burglarious tools and petit larceny.
